Open the loans section of your dashboard, tell us the amount you want and what it is for, and submit. Your identity check needs to be complete first.

What happens next

• We review the application and may come back with questions.
• If we can lend, you get the amount, the rate, the term and the repayment schedule in writing.
• Nothing is owed until you accept those terms.
• On acceptance the funds are credited to your balance and appear in your history as a loan disbursement.

Rates

We do not advertise a headline rate. What you are offered depends on the amount, the term and your circumstances. Anyone quoting you a rate before looking at your application is guessing.

Tell us early. We would rather rework a schedule than watch an account fall over. Email us before a payment is missed, not after.
