Getting a card

Apply from your dashboard. You choose virtual or physical, and debit or credit. Virtual cards are available to use as soon as they are approved; a physical card has to be produced and delivered.

What you can do with it

• Spend against your available balance.
• Freeze the card yourself the moment something looks wrong, and unfreeze it when it does not.
• Set and change the PIN from your account.
• See each transaction against the card in your history.

If a card is lost or used without you

Freeze it first — that takes effect immediately and does not need us. Then email us so we can look at the transactions and issue a replacement.

Fees

Any charge for issuing or replacing a card is shown before you confirm the application.
